Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Greet potential clients in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner using agreed upon procedures. Answer calls and provide general information regarding product pricing, availability, and order details. Maintain knowledge of our services, pricing, promotions, procedures and other important issues through management communications, training, and meetings. Responsible for achieving an acceptable conversion rate of inbound prospective client interactions to paying clients. Participate in outside sales activities such as trade shows, parties, and Mosquito Authority sponsored events. Review financial data as directed and necessary. Utilize financial data to improve profitability within the unit and function within the parameters of operational budgets. Plan effective strategies and monitor existing strategies for the financial well-being of the organization. Improve processes and policies in support of organizational goals. Monitor adherence to rules, regulations, and procedures. Organize recruitment and hiring of required field staff. Establish work schedules to workload. Supervise, train, and motivate staff to achieve desired goals and service requirements. Monitor, manage and model appropriate behaviors as they relate to customer service, marketing and complimentary offers resulting in appropriate planning, training and recognition of successful behaviors of delivery and presentation. Act as a liaison with management, aiding in the development of strategic plans for organizational growth. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required: High School graduate / GED. One to three years basic pest control experience preferred. Valid Driver’s license and a good driving record Job requires standing, walking, moving, climbing, carrying, bending, kneeling, reaching, handling, pushing, and pulling. Must be available to work extended hours and weekends when necessary.
